Currently, Qizai the panda is 9 years old and enjoying a happy and comfortable life in Foping Panda Valley. However, when he was discovered, he was neglected at the Qingling Mountain Nature Reserve in Central China. His unusual fur coat made it difficult for other pandas to recognize him as one of their own. Experts believe this unique coloration is a result of a genetic mutation, as his parents had regular black and white fur.
But don’t worry, Qizai is now living a joyful and healthy life in his new home. He has a dedicated caretaker who takes care of him.
